This past Saturday we (and the Crooms) took the kids to Zooparque, a zoo about an hour from Barão Geraldo. We saw lots and lots of monkeys and birds. The tigers were sleeping and the hippos were too far away to get the full effect of their size. We saw 5 rhinos from close up. They were impressive.
